As the CEO of Adani Infra (India) Ltd (AIIL), He is entrusted with leading a transformative journey aimed at scaling our project execution capabilities to meet the ambitious growth trajectory of the Adani Group.

AIIL, serving as the Group's Project Management Consultancy (PMC) arm, is at the forefront of consolidating project management, execution, and assurance activities to deliver exceptional outcomes at 3-5x the current scale on a sustainable basis.

In this role, he is focused on implementing a comprehensive & robust project capability and management framework that emphasizes agility, cost-consciousness, value engineering, and strict adherence to execution timelines.

This framework is designed to foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency, and timeliness. A key aspect of this transformation involves advancing our Techno-Commercial strategies, Value Engineering, and enhancing vendor capabilities including developing innovative, world-class vendor management programs to de-risk our portfolio capex programs. The framework will also focus on digitizing the entire Project Lifecycle including deploying emerging technologies to achieve project excellence and building people centric organization with enhanced capability and competencies.
