Panel & Debate Topic

Panel Discussion Topic: Leading in the Age of Co-Intelligence: Redefining Leadership and Decision-Making

Leadership is entering a new era. As artificial intelligence transforms how organizations think, decide, and execute, the role of a leader is evolving from being the sole decision-maker to becoming an orchestrator of human and machine intelligence. In this age of co-intelligence, the real challenge is not simply adopting AI, but learning how to combine its analytical power with human judgment, creativity, empathy, and accountability.

This panel explores how leaders can harness AI-driven insights to make smarter decisions, navigate uncertainty, and respond to rapidly changing business environments. We will examine how the partnership between human expertise and AI can reshape leadership styles, challenge traditional decision-making approaches, and unlock new possibilities for innovation and collaboration.

The conversation will also address the critical questions facing modern leaders: How much autonomy should AI have in decision-making? Where must human judgment remain central? And how can leaders build trust, ensure ethical AI adoption, and empower teams to thrive alongside intelligent systems?

Join us to discover the leadership mindsets and strategies shaping the future of work — where AI amplifies human potential, collaboration drives innovation, and responsible decision-making turns co-intelligence into meaningful impact.

Debate Topic: Who will own the future?' AI-powered Employees or AI-powered founders?

This explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping the future of work, entrepreneurship, and economic opportunity. It examines whether employees who leverage AI to enhance productivity, creativity, and decision-making will gain a competitive advantage, or whether founders who use AI to build, automate, and scale businesses will lead the next wave of innovation. The discussion will also consider how AI is transforming traditional employment, creating new business opportunities, and redistributing power and wealth. Ultimately, it challenges us to question who will thrive in the AI-driven economy and why.

NextGen Co-Intelligence: Structuring Tomorrow’s Hybrid Workforce

AI is no longer just changing the tools we use. It is changing who does the work, how decisions are made, how teams collaborate, and what leadership means.

The next generation of organisations will not be built around humans alone, or AI alone. They will be built around co-intelligence: the deliberate collaboration of human judgement, AI capability, technology, and organizational systems.

From Founders deciding what to build, Leaders deciding what to delegate, Product teams deciding what matters, Managers orchestrating hybrid teams, to Developers building with AI as a co-worker, everyone is becoming part of a new workforce equation.

But the real question is not “How do we adopt AI?”

It is:

“How do we redesign work when intelligence itself becomes collaborative?”

Agile Ahmedabad brings together Founders, CXOs, Product Leaders, Agile Practitioners, Developers, Designers, HR Leaders, Coaches, and technology professionals to explore the choices that will shape this next era of work—trust, ownership, culture, leadership, skills, ethics, product thinking, and human-AI collaboration.

Because tomorrow's competitive advantage may not belong to the organisation with the most AI.

It may belong to the organisation that knows how to work with it.

Sub-themes:
Human + AI: Redefining Roles & Skills

AI is becoming more than a tool—it is becoming a collaborator in the workplace. As AI takes on more tasks, roles are evolving, responsibilities are shifting and new skills are becoming essential. This sub-theme explores how humans and AI can work together effectively, what skills will remain uniquely human, and how organizations can prepare their teams for an AI-driven future.

Co-Intelligence: Reimagining Teams, Culture & Execution

As AI becomes increasingly embedded in the way work gets done, the traditional boundaries between people, technology and teams are changing. This sub-theme explores how organizations can redesign teams, workflows and operating models to bring together human judgment and AI capabilities while preserving creativity, trust and meaningful collaboration.

Leadership, Ethics & Accountability in the Hybrid Workforce

As AI takes on a growing role in organizational decisions and operations, leadership must evolve to address new questions around responsibility, trust and accountability. Leaders need to balance innovation with responsibility, ensuring that AI-enabled decisions remain transparent, ethical and accountable. This sub-theme explores how leaders can build organizations where AI accelerates progress while humans remain responsible for the outcomes.
