All in on AI: Leadership lessons from an AI-first company

Session Overview

This is the story of an AI first gaming company. We walk through how the company scaled its development, sales, marketing and even partnerships with AI. If AI does everything, what do Leaders do? We look at the traction, decision making process and how a reliance on machine decisioning gave away the uniqueness of the company, eventually turning it into a me-too in the casual gaming space. We then derive insights into what humans in general, and Leaders in particular, need to do to maintain success. The session also touches on the legal / corporate framework we operate in, and the role of founder cohesiveness and empathy (to each other, and to its users).
