Ashwin Vairu is an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience building and scaling tech agencies and startups. A 3x Founder, 3x Marathon Runner, and a national Kho-Kho player, he currently spearheads The Resourceful Network, Haulog — a logistics ecosystem, and Elixir Techne — a tech consulting agency specializing in AI and Cybersecurity.

Over the years, he has collaborated with leading global clients including Xerox, HP, Bank Negara Malaysia, and T-Mobile. Beyond business, Ashwin is also a community builder, having co-founded and nurtured a sports initiative that has grown from a small group into a thriving community.

As an SSIP Evaluator at L D College of Engineering and Nirma University, he actively supports student-led innovation and entrepreneurship. A proud alumnus of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya and L D College of Engineering, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and athletic discipline to every endeavor.
