Over the past 2 decades, Prashant has focused on continuous improvements in Customer Service. He has been a Catalyst in many business transformation initiatives. He has played a vital role in Organizational Change Management, Continuous Workforce Capacity and Capability Development.

He brings a blend of traditional Project Management expertise and Agile ways of working. He believes that having a growth mindset enables him to stay relevant and bring value through his efforts and contributions.

Prashant is a Volunteer in the Agile Network India Pune Chapter since May 2019 and has contributed to various events and conferences organized by the Community.

He is a B.E. Computer Engg, Graduate from University of Mumbai. His hobbies include reading and listening to music. He is an ardent cricket fan.
